This brave and mighty chief of the Miller tribe was born in Germany, to a U.S. Airforce navigations officer and his wife. He spent most of his early years moving from base to base. The family finally setteled in Texas in the mid 60's. The first time I saw him,(February 19,1975) he had long blonde hair, parted in the middle, and was wearing blue bellbottom hiphugger pants with a tiedyed tee shirt. It was love at first sight and we were married 3 months later on May 24,1975.
Jim is still stuck in the 70's as far as his taste in music goes. Some of his favorite groups are...Led Zeppelin, Lynard Skynard, ZZ Top, Jethro Tull, Metallica, and the Eagles.
He was once very much into drugs and alcohol. He had pulled away from drugs by the time we met, but his battle with alcohol lasted for 15 years after we married. On March 28,1990 he found A.A. and has been sober ever since.
Jim is my jack of all trades. He is a carpenter, mason, plumber, electrician, welder, pipefitter, machanic, machinist, engineer, and maintanance supervisor, all rolled up in one. He has been employed by Insteel Wire Products since February 20,1985.
Jim's hobbies include camping and saltwater fishing, woodworking, playing horshoes, and chatting on the computer. There is no way I could put everything ther is to know about Jim on one page. If you are looking for someone to chat with, or maybe would like to get to know him better please feel free to e-mail him.
