2001 Summer Vacation
Every vacation my family takes revolves around fishing. It is something we all enjoy doing very much. We enjoy traveling up and down the great Texas coast. This year we did something a little different, we went deep-sea fishing. Not once but twice, and in between trips we camped out on the beach. Our vacation began on Thursday May 24, 2001. This was my 26th Wedding anniversary. We went to Galveston, and dined out. There were no pictures taken that day. I will try to give you a run down on these pictures. We camped on the beach at the Freeport jetties. For it to have been Memorial Day Weekend, it was quite and deserted.These are pictures of the beach, the jetties, us fishing, and some of our catches.

Well, there you have it. I am not in many of these pictures as I am the one behind the camera. I hope these pictures show the fun we all had. We returned home on May 30, 2001 sunburned, exhausted, and extremely happy.
